Close friends know that I’m not a fan of sweet dessert, but Choco Liquor made me finish the whole tin can. You could only get it through store pick-ups, at weekend mall bazaars, or order online. When the cake arrived (via lalamove), the cake is still cold. It’s a golden round tin can tie with Golden Brown Silk Ribbon. It’s very elegant just like Mrs. Maricar Reyes-Poon. This Golden Round 6.5" tins is 620 pesos only.The cake is very moist and you’ll taste the Red Wine in the end. The liquor doesn’t overpower the Chocolate it balances the sweetness of the chocolate. It’s actually a layer of Cake-Chocolate Ganache-Cake-Chocolate Ganache.The chocolate ganache stays on your palate, It’s really smooth, melt-in-your-mouth, and it’s very divine. I actually don’t want to ruin that perfect swirl.
