Cafe Talia opened its second branch in Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila last March 9, 2019. Unlike their first branch, this branch now offers quick bites. Quite hidden for some, but it is easy to access since it’s near the road and schools. The staffs are welcoming, and friendly.
Even though space is small, they can still cater the customers and serve these foods:
Takaw Tikim
Shrimp Pasta (P129.00) - composed of linguine pasta with shrimp, garlic, special spice and seasoning with grilled bread (garlic spread to complement the shrimp pasta). It has a unique taste that’s worth munching at every bite. They use real shrimp. It’s one of my favorites.
Basket of Potato Chips (P79.00) - they use fresh potatoes to create the chips. I’ll use the word overloaded because you can see how generous they smothered the cheese and bacon on top of the potato chips.
Fries and Bacon (P79.00) - it was quite ordinary for me.
Nachos Salad (P99.00) - I never thought nachos combined with salad will turn out great. At least, these nachos are quite healthy with the use of the bed of greens to put it on top.
Tuna and Cheese Panini (P89.00) - If other cafés out there serve the usual burgers, and etc, Café Talia hS panini. It has a generous serving of cheese while enjoying the freshly cooked tuna taste. It should be eaten while it’s hot. Perfect pair for matcha and iced coffee.
Matcha Cookie Frappe - perfect for those who don’t prefer coffee, and take note, it has black pearls as well so you get to enjoy these chewy pearls while slurping your matcha drink. Matcha flavor isn’t too strong, it’s just right!
